Social media influencer Orhan Awatramani (Orry) and actress Deepika Padukone are reportedly the latest additions to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated film ‘Love and War’, which already stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal in pivotal roles.
According to a report by India Today, Orry will portray a homosexual character who is Alia Bhatt’s closest friend in the film. Bhatt, on the other hand, will reportedly take on the role of a cabaret dancer. The film’s male leads, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, will play officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
While details of Orry’s role have been revealed, there is no official word yet about Deepika Padukone’s character in Bhansali’s retro drama. If reports of her cameo are confirmed, Love and War would mark Padukone’s fourth collaboration with the acclaimed director.
