Raveena Tandon apologises to Brit Asian fans for incident in London

90s Bollywood bombshell Raveena Tandon has issued an apology to her Brit Asian fans following an incident in London a few days ago.

The actress explained that she was forced to leave quickly without taking photos, citing a past traumatic event that triggered her reaction.

In a candid social media post, Tandon admitted that she panicked when approached by fans asking for selfies while she was alone in the city. The actress, known for her iconic roles in the 90s, revealed that she had falsely denied her identity and hurriedly left the scene due to heightened anxiety linked to a prior incident.

Tandon shared that in June, she was wrongfully accused of causing a car accident in Bandra, an event that has since affected her sense of safety, particularly when approached in public. Reflecting on her reaction in London, she said, “I panicked, but I realise now they meant no harm. They just wanted a picture, and most of the time, I obliged. But since the incident in Bandra, I get a bit nervous when I’m alone. I apologise to those fans and hope they understand.”

The actress expressed regret over not taking the selfies, emphasising that she strives to be approachable and welcoming to fans. However, the emotional aftermath of her experience in Bandra has made her more cautious. She ended her message by reiterating her apology, saying she hopes to reconnect with those fans in the future under better circumstances.
