Sanjay Dutt replaced in ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ after UK visa rejected for shoot

Sanjay Dutt has reportedly been replaced in the upcoming film ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ after his UK visa application was denied. The film, which was set to reunite Dutt with Ajay Devgn for another epic showdown, will now feature actor-politician Ravi Kishan in Dutt’s role.

According to a report by Mid-day, Sanjay Dutt’s visa application was rejected due to his previous incarceration. A source explained, “Ever since his arrest in 1993, while Sanju has traveled to the US, he has applied for a UK visa multiple times, but never got one. The ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ shoot would have been his first trip to the UK. However, after Ajay’s team found out that the senior actor’s visa request had been rejected, they replaced him with Ravi Kishan.”

This major cast change has sparked considerable discussion among fans and industry insiders. “Son of Sardaar 2,” a sequel to the 2012 hit “Son of Sardaar,” was eagerly anticipated, especially with the promise of the dynamic duo of Devgn and Dutt coming together again. Sanjay Dutt’s replacement by Ravi Kishan, a well-known figure in both the acting and political spheres, adds a new dimension to the film’s production.
