Sidharth Malhotra is reportedly set to return to the romantic genre with Tushar Jalota’s upcoming project.
According to Mid-Day, the film, produced by Dinesh Vijan, will mark a departure from Malhotra’s recent action-packed roles in films like ‘Mission Majnu,’ ‘Yodha,’ and the series ‘Indian Police Force.’
A source revealed, “Sidharth has been in discussions with Dinesh’s production house for a while now. He was impressed by the script and is eager to collaborate with a banner renowned for its modern take on romance.”
The source further added, “Sidharth understands that his fans appreciate seeing him in romantic roles. However, he was adamant about not doing a conventional love story. This film stood out to him because of its fresh and unique approach.”
Tushar Jalota, who previously directed ‘Dasvi’ (2022), will be at the helm of this new venture.
