Somy Ali on Salman Khan’s death threats: “Lawrence Bishnoi’s brain is loose”

Somy Ali, Salman Khan’s former girlfriend and co-star, has spoken out about the ongoing death threats against the actor from gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi. In an interview with ZEE News, Ali dismissed Bishnoi’s threats, saying, “Lawrence Bishnoi’s brain is loose. I want to meet Lawrence, talk to him. Salman didn’t know about the blackbuck. I’m not afraid of him. If I come to India, I’ll go to Rajasthan.”

Ali elaborated further in an interview with Aaj Tak, expressing her desire for peaceful resolution: “All I want is that no one gets murdered. I don’t want any publicity, but I don’t want anyone harmed either. I’ve gone on many hunting trips with Salman Khan. I will meet Lawrence Bishnoi in November.”

She emphasised her stance against violence, naming several Bollywood actors like Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Raveena Tandon, and Saif Ali Khan, hoping that none of them or their families are affected by the threats. Ali also mentioned that she intends to confront Bishnoi during her November trip to explain to him that his actions are wrong and that Salman Khan was unaware of the blackbuck’s significance to the Bishnoi community.

Ali concluded by stating, “Salman is a good person,” asserting that Bishnoi’s motives are purely for publicity.
