Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is preparing to launch the third instalment of his trilogy, originally titled ‘The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter’, now renamed ‘The Bengal Files: Right to Life’.

The film is set for a theatrical release on 5th September 2025. The decision to revise the title was finalised by the filmmakers, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi, and Agnihotri himself, following public demand.

Announcing the change, Agnihotri took to social media, stating, “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: The Delhi Files is now The Bengal Files. Teaser coming this Thursday, 12th June 2025 at 12 PM. In cinemas on 5th September 2025.”
