New season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ confirmed to launch in August

Sony TV has confirmed an August launch of of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ hosted by legend, Amitabh Bachchan.

The gameshow will be going on-air on 12th August replacing either ‘Mehndi Wala Ghar’ or ‘Shrimad Ramayan’. Both shows are expected to go off-air soon but a final call is yet to be made.

‘Mehndi Wala Ghar’ starring Shruti Anand, Shehzada Shaikh, and Vibha Chhibber is likely to end first, with a source cited in Times Now/Telly Talk, “Yes, the show is going off-air in August 2024, even though it has been doing well in terms of TRP.”

‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ will return for its 16th season.
