Sushant’s sister requests Wikipedia to change ’cause of death’ on star’s profile

Priyanka Singh, sister of late star Sushant Singh Rajput, has urged the founder and co-founder of Wikipedia to change the cause of his death on the site.

Singh sent a series of tweets to Wikipedia found Jimmy Wales and co-founder Larry Sanger to make the changes, reports Spotboye. She mentioned that since the investigation of her brother’s death is still ongoing, and so the Wikipedia page under ‘Cause of death’ should be changed from ‘suicide by hanging’ to ‘under investigation.’

Singh tweeted, “I am Sushant`s sister and I thank you @lsanger for being a credible voice for Neutrality. In today`s world when information is power, sticking to Facts and Facts alone is the greatest service one can do #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput.”

She went on to say, “My demand from @Wikipedia @jimmy_wales is: Firstly, as the investigation is still ongoing in Sushant`s death case by top Indian agency, Central Bureau of Investigation, the cause of death cited on wiki page should be changed from `suicide by hanging` to `under investigation.'”

Singh Rajput’s sister, who is a lawyer by —-profession, also requested that the star’s height should be changed on the Wikipedia page to 183cm. She shared a video of the star sharing details about his height.

Sanger did reply to Singh’s thread and said, “Sharing because I promised I would. What do you Westerners reckon? Or should we stay out of such things?” However, he did go on to say that he has had nothing to do with Wikipedia since early 2003.

Singh Rajput passed away on 14th June last year when he was found dead in his Mumbai’s Bandra apartment.
