The state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II will take place on Monday 19th September 2022 at Westminster Abbey at 1100 hrs BST.
The Queen will Lie-In-State for 4 days prior to the funeral in Westminster Hall which will give the public time to go and pay their respects.
Mourners wishing to pay their respects to the Queen have been warned there will long waiting times and they have been advised to bring food and drink as well as suitable clothing.
