Lyca Radio, London’s premier music radio station, has announced an innovative strategy to mark the music launch of Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ (PS1), helmed by Lyca Productions.
On Tuesday 6th September, music publishing company, Tips will be releasing the full soundtrack of ‘PS1’, which will then played across the airwaves on Lyca Radio throughout the day. Lyca Radio will be play the Hindi tracks on its station.

Lyca Radio, London’s premier music radio station, has announced an innovative strategy to mark the music launch of Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ (PS1), helmed by Lyca Productions.
On Tuesday 6th September, music publishing company, Tips will be releasing the full soundtrack of ‘PS1’, which will then played across the airwaves on Lyca Radio throughout the day. Lyca Radio will be play the Hindi tracks on its station.
This is a collaboration between Lyca Radio, Lyca Productions and Tips to further elevate the promotions of the much awaited epic drama. It stars Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Parthiban, Sarathkumar, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Vikram Prabhu.
Raj Baddhan, CEO of Lyca Radio said, “PS1 is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year and we are thrilled to partner-up with our sister company, Lyca Productions, to give listeners a feel of the movie through the music. We’ll be playing the soundtrack of PS1 on PS1 Day, this Tuesday.”
The film releases in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada on 30th September. In the UK, Lyca Productions will be releasing the film itself at cinemas.
